Invoice Manager & Generator for Auto-Entrepreneurs

Being an auto-entrepreneur in Morocco comes with its own administrative challenges — especially when it comes to invoices and trimester declarations. To simplify this process, I built a custom Invoice Manager and Generator tailored specifically for Moroccan auto-entrepreneurs and my own use case.

With this tool, users can create real-time invoices using either the official Auto-Entrepreneur template or a personalized design. It also goes beyond simple generation — the platform helps users manage their client list, track invoice history, and keep control of their trimester turnovers and declarations.

To make administration smoother, the system also features automated notifications at the end of each trimester, reminding users to declare their invoices on time. Security was a key priority during development, ensuring safe data storage for sensitive invoice records.

On top of the essentials, I added a custom integration with Jira. This feature allows users to directly import their tasks and associated prices, transforming project work into invoices seamlessly and without duplication of effort.

In short, this project brings together practical invoicing, compliance tracking, and automation — all with the goal of making life easier for Morocco’s growing community of auto-entrepreneurs.
